Role Overview

Technology Desking Inc. is seeking a high-caliber Head of Operations to lead our Lititz-based Operations Center. We specialize in high-end, custom furniture solutions for Trading Floors and Control Rooms—environments where precision and reliability are non-negotiable.

You will be the heartbeat of our post-sale process, taking full ownership of live projects from the moment a sale is closed through to final installation. This is a leadership role requiring a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on project management to ensure we deliver excellence to our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Direct management of all staff based at the Lititz Operations Center. You will foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Take the baton from the Sales team and manage the entire project lifecycle. This includes resource allocation, scheduling, and ensuring technical specifications meet client requirements.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the logistics, assembly, and deployment of custom furniture solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Supply Chain & Quality Control: Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain the high quality standards Technology Desking is known for.

  • Client Liaison: Act as the senior point of contact for project delivery, managing client expectations and resolving complex issues during the installation phase.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a manufacturing, logistics, or furniture installation environment.

  • Project Management Expertise: A track record of delivering complex, high-value projects from inception to completion.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in high-end furniture, commercial interiors, or specialized technical environments (Control Rooms/Trading Floors) is highly desirable.

  • Strategic Problem Solver: Ability to navigate the logistical challenges of custom manufacturing and onsite installations.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between sales, operations, and the end-client.
