Continuum Dealer Desk Recognised for Ergonomic Excellence by FIRA International

 

FIRA International have awarded our Continuum Dealer Desk the International Ergonomics Excellence Certification. This award recognises outstanding ergonomic design and quality.

Established as the Furniture Industry Research Association, FIRA International are an independent organisation. They specialise in testing and inspecting furniture products to ensure they are safe, durable, and meet the highest quality standards.

 
 

To be considered for certification, products must promote comfort and wellbeing for the user. The manufacturer should also have a good environmental policy.

FIRA comprehensively tested our desk, assessing it for ergonomics and structural integrity against the relevant British and European standards, as well as their own stringent specifications.

They carry out the tests using specialised equipment that replicates years of everyday use in a controlled environment. The aim is to ensure the desk is fit for purpose and comfortable for users over the long term.

The Continuum Dealer Desk was recognised for its excellent ergonomic features - designed to promote user comfort, wellbeing, and productivity in demanding trading environments.

  • Be fit for purpose both ergonomically and structurally

  • Meet or exceed British, European, and FIRA standards

  • Be produced by a manufacturer with strong quality and environmental policies
