Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support our Lititz operations. You will be a vital link in our supply chain, ensuring that the specialized components, raw materials, and hardware required for our innovative furniture solutions are sourced efficiently and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Create and process purchase orders (POs) for furniture components, hardware, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supplies.

  • Supplier Coordination: Maintain regular communication with vendors to track orders, confirm lead times, and resolve any discrepancies in pricing or delivery.

  • Inventory Support: Monitor stock levels of key components—such as monitor arms, connectivity hubs, and sit-stand desk frames—to prevent production delays.

  • Logistics Liaison: Work closely with the production and installation teams in Lititz to coordinate incoming shipments and ensure materials arrive at project sites as scheduled.

  • Data Maintenance: Keep our procurement database and inventory system updated with accurate vendor information, pricing, and contract terms.

  • Sourcing Assistance: Research potential new suppliers for specialized materials to ensure we maintain our high standards for quality and environmental sustainability.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High School Diploma required.

  • Experience: Experience in procurement, administrative support, or a manufacturing environment (furniture industry experience preferred).

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) .

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional vendor negotiation and internal collaboration.

  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

  • Problem Solver: Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and troubleshoot shipping or supply issues.

Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time position based in our Lititz, PA facility.

  • Primarily an office-based role, with occasional time spent in the warehouse or production area to verify inventory.
